The Challenge: While healthcare costs continue to rise at an alarming rate, there is a lack of clear and measurable quality improvements within the healthcare supply.

The Proposal: The primary goal is to identify the sources of inefficiency within the healthcare supply chain while simultaneously investigating opportunities for improving the quality of healthcare delivery.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Identification and assessment of current healthcare supply chain costs
  • Development of quality indicators for effective execution within the healthcare supply chain
  • Identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement in the design and operation of the healthcare supply chain
